We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how the return process works.
You may return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Jewellery, innerwear, and customised or altered items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale or clearance items are also final sale.
Unboxing Video
When you receive your order, please record an unboxing video. This is required for all return requests as proof of the product's condition at delivery.
Submit Return Request
Go to your order details and click “Request Return.” Upload your unboxing video and photos of the issue (up to 6 files total). Describe the reason for return.
Review by Our Team
Our team will review your request and the uploaded evidence within 1–2 business days. We will approve or reject the return based on the product condition.
Return Pickup
If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days. You will receive pickup details via your order updates.
Product Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the condition matches your report.
Refund Confirmation
After inspection, if everything checks out, we confirm the refund. Processing takes 3–5 business days.
Refund Issued
The refund is issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, we process refunds via bank transfer — you will be asked for your bank details.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for return requests. Without it, the request may be rejected.
• You can upload up to 6 photos/videos as evidence.

• Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
